Rush will play five nights at Sphere in Las Vegas in May 2027, with tickets from 13 November

Rush are heading to Sphere. The Canadian rock trio will play five nights at the Las Vegas venue on 21, 23, 26, 28 and 30 May 2027, according to the official Rush Sphere page.

For readers new to the band: Rush are the Toronto prog-rock institution built around Geddy Lee's bass and voice and Alex Lifeson's guitar, a band that spent the 1970s and 80s making long, intricate records like 2112 and Moving Pictures and became one of the most loved live acts in rock. They returned to the road in 2025 with drummer Anika Nilles, and the Fifty Something Tour has kept growing since, with dates across North America, Europe and South America running into April 2027.

How tickets work

The Sphere dates come with a staggered on-sale, all times Pacific:

• Friday 6 November, 10am: VIP and travel packages for RUSH Backstage and newsletter members, in a two-hour window.
• Friday 6 November, 12pm: VIP and travel packages open to everyone.
• Wednesday 11 November, 10am: artist presale. Fans register through Seated and get a unique code.
• Friday 13 November, 10am: general on-sale.

The band's site does not list prices or package contents on the page, so check it before you commit to a flight.

Why Sphere suits them

Sphere is the roughly 18,000-capacity venue with a wraparound LED screen that opened in 2023, and it has turned into a home for legacy acts who want a spectacle rather than a standard arena show. Rush have always leaned on film, lasers and big visual production, so it is an obvious fit. The band have not yet said what the set will look like.

It is also a rare chance to see them in one place for a run of nights rather than chasing a tour route, which matters to fans who have been waiting for dates near them.
