• Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email to send The Weekly Listening Report. Unsubscribe any time.
• Submissions: if you use the submissions form, we store what you send (name, email, links and message) so we can read and respond to it.
• Analytics: basic, aggregated usage data (like page views) to understand what people read. No selling of personal data.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it except with the services we use to run the site (for example, our hosting and database provider) and our store partner for purchases you make.

The shop

Purchases from All Day, High Decibels happen on our store (WearADHD), which collects the information needed to fulfil your order under its own privacy policy.

You can ask us to delete your email or submission at any time - just reach out through the submissions page.
