All Day Music Club is a music publication covering alternative, hip hop and electronic. Alongside what we publish, we make campaign content for the labels, managers and agencies behind the artists we cover.

Partnerships Manager

Freelance, commission only

Location: United Kingdom, remote
Pay: Commission on every campaign you close

You already have relationships in this industry and want to turn them into income. We have the product, the production and a researched list. What we do not have is someone whose phone the industry already answers.

What you would be doing

Opening conversations with labels, managers and agencies about campaign work
Working a warm list of researched companies, not cold prospecting from zero
Scoping the work, then handing it to us to produce
Owning the relationship afterwards, because repeat work is where this gets good

Social & Content Creator

Freelance

Location: UK or US, remote
Pay: Monthly, plus credit on everything you make

You live in this world online. You know on a Saturday night that something has broken and that there should be a post out before Monday. Ideas are most of this job.

What you would be doing

Coming up with the posts. Ranked lists, breakdowns, the angle nobody else has spotted
Writing the copy. Slide text and captions, in our voice, tight
Spotting the moment, and moving at the speed of a release week
Working with our production setup so ideas become finished carousels quickly

Music Curator (Intern)

Internship, paid

Location: New Delhi, or remote in India
Pay: INR 7,500 to 10,000 per month

You are the person your friends ask what to listen to. This role is finding the songs, building the lists and doing the digging that everything we publish is built on top of. It is the best way into this if you have never worked in music before.

What you would be doing

Building the song lists behind our carousels and features, and finding the ones nobody has used yet
Research: tracklists, credits, release dates, samples. Getting this right is most of the job
Bringing ideas. Angles, rankings, themes worth a post
Helping keep our playlists and the site's music data current

Video Editor

Freelance, per campaign or monthly

Location: New Delhi, or remote in India

You cut the carousels. Artist footage in, finished video slides out, built to a format that has to stay consistent while the content changes every week. This is the craft role, and the output is the thing people know us for.

What you would be doing

Cutting video slides from artist and client footage to our format
Working to a release date, which sometimes means same day
Colour, framing and pacing decisions on footage that is often not broadcast quality
Working with our production pipeline rather than starting from a blank timeline

Send work. Reels, edits, anything you have cut. Tell us what the tightest turnaround you have worked to was, and what you had to give up to hit it.

Graphic Designer

Freelance, per campaign

Location: New Delhi, or remote in India

Cover slides, typography and the things a template cannot do. Every campaign needs a cover that stops a scroll, and right now that is the part of the process that does not scale.

What you would be doing

Designing cover slides and campaign artwork, to brief and to a deadline
Working inside a defined brand system rather than inventing a new one each time
Occasional artwork for the site and for client decks

How to apply

Send a portfolio or an Instagram. Music work is a plus but not required. We care whether your covers would make someone stop.

Campaign Producer

Freelance, per campaign

Location: Anywhere, remote
Pay: Fixed fee per campaign

You take a brief and deliver the finished thing. Video slides cut from artist footage, built to our format, turned around inside a release week.

What you would be doing

Producing carousel assets from client footage, to brief
Working to a release date, sometimes same day
Keeping the format consistent while the content changes every time

How to apply

Send work you have produced. Video, motion, social assets. Tell us what the turnaround was on the tightest one.
