The Latin Recording Academy has added twelve more names to the performer list for the 27th Latin Grammy Awards, taking the announced bill well past the first fourteen acts we covered when the early lineup landed.
The ceremony takes place on Thursday 12 November 2026 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Roselyn Sánchez hosts, and Univision carries the three-hour telecast live from 8 p.m. ET/PT, with a one-hour pre-show at 7 p.m. Full details are on the Latin Recording Academy's site.
The new names
The second wave, announced on 27 October 2026, is Cristian Castro, Camila Fernández, Feid, Luis Figueroa, Fonseca, Grupo Frontera, Milo J, Niña Pastori, Reik, Sofía Reyes, Yami Safdie and The Warning.
If the Latin Grammys are new to you, the awards honour music in Spanish and Portuguese from across the Americas and Spain, and they run separately from the Grammys. The point of the night is range, and this list shows it:
- Feid and Sofía Reyes carry the reggaeton and urban side. Feid is the Colombian star from Medellín.
- Grupo Frontera bring norteño from the Texas-Mexico border, and Camila Fernández represents the ranchero and mariachi tradition.
- Luis Figueroa brings salsa, while Fonseca and Niña Pastori sit in the contemporary tropical field.
- Reik and Yami Safdie cover traditional pop, and Argentine singer-songwriter Milo J works across folk and urban sounds.
- The Warning, the Mexican rock trio, add a guitar-led act to a bill that leans pop and tropical.
- Cristian Castro, the Mexican pop and ballad veteran, rounds out the new names.
What the bill adds up to
Together with the first wave, which included Daddy Yankee (this year's Person of the Year), Rosalía, Anitta, Carín León, Juanes, Mon Laferte and Banda Los Recoditos, the night now spans reggaeton, regional Mexican, flamenco-leaning pop, salsa and rock.
Two of the biggest nomination-holders, Karol G and the Argentine duo CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, who have seven nominations each, were not on either announced list at the time of writing. The Academy has said more performers will follow, so those gaps may still close. Edgar Barrera leads the nominations with ten.
We will have more on the night, including the winners, as it happens.
