Did Foo Fighters Just Confirm an India Tour?
The internet thinks Foo Fighters are finally coming to India, and one interaction between the band and Bandland is why everyone is paying attention.

Bandland Teased Foo Fighters. Then the Band Responded.
Bandland may have just dropped its biggest hint yet.
Earlier today, Bandland and BookMyShow Live shared a cryptic teaser featuring a lone bass drum against a red wall, with a small raygun placed at its center. No band name. No announcement. No caption explaining what fans were looking at.
The comments section, however, told a different story.
@foofighters: 👀
@bandlandindia: @foofighters 👀
Karl Rock: "Foo Fighters"
For many fans, that was all the confirmation they needed.
The teaser's imagery appears deliberately tied to Foo Fighters. The raygun has long been associated with the band's visual identity, while the term "Foo Fighter" itself originated as World War II slang for unidentified flying objects. A second teaser shared by Bandland doubled down on those references, featuring flying saucers, an aurora-lit sky, and a battered touring van.
Bandland's track record gives the speculation additional weight. The Bengaluru-based concert property has previously hosted major international acts including Deep Purple, Goo Goo Dolls, Muse, and Train.
No official announcement has been made regarding dates, venues, or ticket sales. Rumoured dates of January 29, 2027, in Bengaluru and January 31, 2027, in Mumbai continue to circulate online, though neither Bandland nor Foo Fighters have publicly confirmed them.

One detail keeping the rumours alive is the band's current touring schedule. Foo Fighters' announced Take Cover Tour is set to conclude in Perth on January 25, leaving a potential window for an India stop before the next leg of touring.
For now, the teaser is real, the band's engagement is real, and an official announcement appears to be on the horizon.
Until then, all eyes are on Bandland's next post.
