U2 have named the European and UK stadium dates for their 2027 tour, "Carnaval De Luz presents: The Greatest Show On Earth". The run covers twelve nights in eight cities between 26 April and 6 July 2027, according to the band's official tour page.
The dates
- 26 and 28 April: Strawberry Arena, Stockholm
- 5 and 8 May: Stade de France, Paris
- 27 May: Estádio da Luz, Lisbon
- 5 and 6 June: Johan Cruijff ArenA, Amsterdam
- 18 and 19 June: Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, London
- 30 June: Olympiastadion, Berlin
- 5 and 6 July: Stadio San Siro, Milan
London gets two nights, the only UK dates announced so far. Dublin is not on the list, even though Ireland's biggest band is playing a small London show for the BBC on 3 November.
Wolf Alice, the Londoners who won the Mercury Prize in 2018 and have since moved up to arena headline slots, are named as the European support act. U2's own page does not list a support act yet, so treat that as not yet officially confirmed by the band. Wolf Alice are the named support for Europe. On the Latin American dates it is Beck.
How to get tickets
Sales run in stages, all at 10:00 local time:
- 2 and 3 November: U2.com fan group presales (the Feedback Group and The Hype Group), closing on 4 November at 22:00
- 5 November: artist presale. Registration closes on 1 November, with separate sign-ups for Stockholm, Amsterdam, London and Berlin, and for Paris and Milan
- 6 November: general sale
The Lisbon show has no artist presale listed. Hospitality and ticket packages for the Europe and UK shows are listed from 2 November.
Where this fits
The tour supports the band's new album, Carnaval De Luz, and its title single. We have the full rundown of the record and the Latin American opening leg, which starts in Mexico City on 23 February 2027 and has largely sold out. U2 have said more dates for North America are still to come.
