Pete Doherty plays ten UK dates in February 2027, with The Smiths' Mike Joyce on drums

Pete Doherty has announced ten headline shows across the UK for February 2027, taking a full band through small and mid-sized rooms from Bath to east London. Tickets went on general sale at 10am UK time on Friday 6 November through Ticketmaster.

For readers new to him: Doherty co-founded The Libertines, the band that kicked off the early-2000s British indie revival, and went on to lead Babyshambles. His solo album Felt Better Alive reached No. 7 on the UK albums chart in 2025.

The band

The line-up is the interesting part. Mike Joyce, the drummer on The Smiths' records, is in the band, alongside guitarist Mike Moore and Katia deVidas. The announcement lists further band members too. The sets are billed as a mix of solo material and songs from across Doherty's years with The Libertines and Babyshambles.

The dates

• 1 February: Komedia, Bath
• 2 February: Concorde 2, Brighton
• 3 February: Princess Pavilion, Falmouth
• 5 February: Engine Rooms, Southampton
• 6 February: The Palais, Nottingham
• 7 February: Academy 2, Manchester
• 8 February: Wylam Brewery, Newcastle
• 10 February: Picturedrome, Holmfirth
• 11 February: Town Hall, Kidderminster
• 12 February: Hackney Church, London

Several of these are rooms you rarely see a name this size in: a Cornish seaside pavilion, a Pennine picture house and a Worcestershire town hall sit alongside the usual indie-circuit venues. The run closes at Hackney Church on 12 February.

Smaller rooms tend to go first, so Falmouth and Holmfirth are worth checking early.
