Latin music's biggest annual business gathering is almost here. Billboard Latin Music Week returns to the Faena Forum in Miami Beach from 19 to 22 October 2026, and the organisers are billing it as the most important Latin music event in the world.
If you are new to it: this is the week where artists, managers, labels, streaming platforms and songwriters from across the Americas and Spain gather for panels, workshops, showcases and live sets. It is where deals get talked about and trends get named. The theme this year is "Global Consolidation", a nod to how far Latin genres now travel beyond their home markets.
Who is on the bill
The official event programme lists more than 50 artists. Names confirmed so far include Maluma, Pitbull, Becky G, Anuel AA, Quevedo, Trueno, Jay Wheeler, Greeicy and Lola Índigo, plus the executive Tommy Mottola. Kany García, Rawayana, Ryan Castro and Jessi Uribe have also been announced as speakers and performers.
The mix says a lot about where the scene is. Reggaeton and Latin trap veterans sit alongside Argentine and Spanish names such as Trueno, Quevedo and Lola Índigo, and Venezuela's Rawayana.
The awards close the week
The Billboard Latin Music Awards take place on 22 October as part of the programme. As we reported on 4 October, Peso Pluma leads the field with the most finalist spots, and Rosalía is set to receive the Hall of Fame honour.
Tickets and registration are open through the event site. More performers are expected to be added before the week begins, and we will update the lineup here as it grows.
Why it matters
Latin Music Week is a useful snapshot rather than a party alone. The panel topics usually preview what labels and platforms plan to push next, from regional Mexican's global push to independent artists building careers without a major label. Watch the 19 October opening day for the first signals.
