BINI, HANA and 4EVE team up for Asia Pop Girl Fest 2027, with shows in Chiba, Bangkok and Manila

Three of Southeast and East Asia's most-watched young girl groups are sharing one bill. BINI from the Philippines, HANA from Japan and 4EVE from Thailand will play Asia Pop Girl Fest 2027, a first-edition run across three countries in early 2027.

Where and when

• 22 January 2027: LaLa arena TOKYO-BAY, Chiba, Japan
• 23 January 2027: LaLa arena TOKYO-BAY, Chiba, Japan
• 13 February 2027: BITEC LIVE, Bangkok, Thailand
• 19 February 2027: SM Mall of Asia Arena, Manila, Philippines

The idea is a swap: the groups perform for one another's home audiences, with one stop each in Japan, Thailand and the Philippines. The organisers have not yet said which acts play which show or published ticket prices, so check the festival's official notices for on-sale details.

The three groups

BINI are an eight-member Filipino group and one of the biggest acts in the country's P-pop wave. They played Coachella this year and are on their second world tour, Signals.

HANA are a seven-member Japanese group signed to BMSG, the label behind several of Japan's biggest young acts. They debuted in April 2025.

4EVE are a seven-member Thai group that debuted in 2020 under XOXO Entertainment.

The festival is a joint project between BINI's home network ABS-CBN, BMSG and XOXO Entertainment, which tells you something about where Asian pop is heading: label-to-label partnerships that move whole fanbases between countries rather than waiting for a Western stage to introduce them.

For readers new to the scene, P-pop is the Philippines' idol-style pop movement, built on the same training and fandom model as K-pop but with its own language and sound. Playing the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Manila is a big room for a first-edition festival.

Keep an eye on the Bangkok and Manila dates in particular. They are the ones most likely to sell fast.
