Zach Bryan's new EP, Young Manhood and Other Donatable Organs, is out everywhere today, 16 October 2026, on Warner Records. It is eight songs long, and it is his first new music since With Heaven On Top, the January album that went to No. 1 on the US albums chart and was followed three days later by an acoustic version.
For readers meeting him for the first time: Bryan is an Oklahoma songwriter who went from Navy service and bedroom recordings to one of the biggest names in American country and folk-leaning music. Stadiums are now normal territory for him, and this EP arrives with a 2027 stadium run about to go on sale (more on that below).
The tracklist
- Lodi When
- Robot Killed The Working Man
- Lies (feat. Lana Del Rey)
- Dog Days
- Backwards
- Is The Blue Tangled in You?
- Plainsman (feat. Turnpike Troubadours)
- You'll Get By
The two guests
Two songs carry guests. Lana Del Rey duets with Bryan on "Lies", the EP's third track and its most high-profile guest spot. Lana Del Rey and Bryan are a natural pairing on paper: both write in wide, American-sounding images and both lean on slow, unhurried melodies.
Turnpike Troubadours, the Oklahoma country band, join him on "Plainsman". They come from the same red-dirt scene Bryan grew up around, which makes this a hometown-style collaboration rather than a chart move.
What is not new
Two of the tracks, "Robot Killed The Working Man" and "Backwards", are songs his live audiences already know, so part of this EP is the studio version of material that has been living on stage. "Lodi When" was among the first songs he previewed this summer, when he began teasing the project in July.
We have not found a credited producer list for the EP, so we are not naming one here. We will add it once it is confirmed on the release credits.
What comes next
Bryan has already announced a 23-date stadium run for 2027, with John Fogerty, Ryan Bingham and Vance Joy in support across different legs. Artist pre-sale starts on 21 October, local pre-sales follow on 22 October, and general sale opens on 23 October through Ticketmaster. Our full breakdown of the dates is here: Zach Bryan announces a 2027 stadium tour.
This is a factual guide, not a review. Press play, then tell us where "Lies" lands for you.
