Yung Miami, one half of the Miami duo City Girls, has set 23 October 2026 as the release date for Watch Dis, her first solo album. It is already listed for pre-order on Apple Music, through Uptown Records and UMG.
For readers meeting her for the first time: Yung Miami, whose name is Caresha Brownlee, came up with JT in City Girls, the duo behind "Act Up" and "Twerk". This is the first time she has fronted a full-length record on her own.
What we know about the record
The album runs to 20 songs. The guest list confirmed so far includes Quavo, G Herbo, Lil Baby, Kodak Black, Shenseea and Vybz Kartel, and more features are expected. The Jamaican pair are a notable pairing: Vybz Kartel has his own album, The Sun, due 18 December.
Two new singles arrived with the announcement: "F U", produced by London On Da Track, and "2008", produced by J White, which also has a video. The tracklist on the listing is still mostly hidden beyond those songs and "Spend Dat".
Why "Spend Dat" matters
"Spend Dat" was the song that turned this release from a maybe into a plan. It was one of the summer's breakout rap singles and picked up remixes with Lil Baby and Davido, which is the kind of run that makes a label commit to an album.
In her statement she said she is confident in what she made, and the trailer she released leans straight into the headlines that followed her this year. Her pitch is simple: they counted her out, so watch this.
More on Quavo, Lil Baby and Kodak Black on their ADMC pages. When the full tracklist and producers are public we will publish an Album Guide.
