Victoria Monét's Frequency Of Love: 22 tracks, SZA, Bruno Mars and a song with her daughter
Three years after Jaguar II won her a Grammy, Victoria Monét is back with a 22-track album about love in all its forms. Here is your guide.

Victoria Monét released Frequency Of Love on 2 October 2026 through RCA Records, under licence from her own Lovett Music. It is her second studio album and the follow-up to Jaguar II (2023), the record that won her Best R&B Album at the 2024 Grammys, in the same night she was named Best New Artist.
It is a long one. The album runs 22 tracks, including an intro and five interludes, and Monét has asked fans to treat it as a single piece. "My FOL request: Please listen from intro to ending on your first listen!" she posted, as quoted by iHeart.
What she says it is about
The title is literal. "I'm really, really, really passionate about love," she told the Associated Press. "The album covers many bases, including love for my daughter, love for the world, what I want to see for it." She added that much of it reflected what she was going through and feeling while dating.
She has also pushed back on the idea that three years is a long wait. "It should be normal to take time to create your next album," she told the AP. Variety's interview with her focused on how she overcame vocal issues and embraced motherhood while making the album.
The guests
The features, as credited on Apple Music:
- You Mean The World To Me with Leon Thomas and Hazel Monét
- Maybe with Lucky Daye
- See You In My Dreams with SZA
- That's Why I Love You with Bruno Mars
- Single with Bryson Tiller
- Lose Myself with Chlöe
Hazel is Monét's daughter, and this is not her first credit. She appeared on "Hollywood," the Jaguar II track with Earth, Wind and Fire, which made her one of the youngest Grammy nominees ever. The Bruno Mars duet follows a summer in which Monét opened for Mars on his European tour.
The rest of the tracklist runs through songs like "Come Back To You," "Say Dat," "Head To Toe," "Almost," "You Hurt Me Too" and "I Want You," and closes with "For You."
The singles and who made them
Three songs arrived ahead of the album. "Let Me" came out in February and, per The Source, reached No. 1 on Billboard's Adult R&B Airplay chart in June. "Reach Out," released in July, was produced by KAYTRANADA and D'Mile. "Juicy" followed in September, with production credited to D'Mile, Spencer Stewart, Michäel Brun, Camper and Ryan James Carr. The AP reported that Camper also executive produced the album.
D'Mile's name will be familiar: he was a key collaborator on Jaguar II. Here is the video for "Reach Out," from her official channel.
What's next
Monét takes the record on the road with The Frequency Of Love Tour, which opens on 27 October in Raleigh, North Carolina and wraps on 17 December in San Francisco. No India dates have been announced. She has also launched The Frequency Of Love Foundation, focused on youth education in food, agriculture, culinary arts and wellness.
Jaguar II took Monét from behind-the-scenes songwriter, best known for her work with Ariana Grande, to Grammy-winning headliner. Frequency Of Love is twice as long, and she is asking you to hear it in order, start to finish. We'll be doing exactly that.
