Synchronize Fest fills Jakarta's Gambir Expo this weekend with Geisha, Efek Rumah Kaca, Hindia and Phum Viphurit
Three days, 16 to 18 October, and a bill that is almost entirely Indonesian: reunions, tribute sets and a Thai guest with Reality Club.

Synchronize Fest, one of Indonesia's biggest homegrown music festivals, opens in Jakarta on Friday 16 October and runs through Sunday 18 October 2026 at Gambir Expo Kemayoran. If you have never been, the shorthand is this: a three-day, multi-stage celebration of Indonesian music across pop, rock, jazz, punk, dangdut, reggae and club sounds, with a deliberately local bill.
The festival's own poster carries the line "it's not just a festival, it's a movement", and the lineup backs it up. Almost every act is Indonesian, and the programming leans on reunions and one-off sets that are built for this stage only.
What is on each day
Friday 16 October leads with Afgan, Efek Rumah Kaca, Sal Priadi, Monkey To Millionaire, Rumahsakit and For Revenge. Geisha, the long-running pop band, play a set billed as "A Retrospective Journey", and Project Pop mark 30 years.
Saturday 17 October is the biggest pop day: Hindia, Bernadya, Rizky Febian and Mahalini, Ayu Ting Ting and Jiwa Jiwa. There is an emo revival set with Alone at Last, Friends of Mine and Killed by Butterfly, an Indonesian girl group reunion with Chibi Chibi, G String, Princesstale, Super Girlies and 7icons, and a musical concert from Maliq & D'Essentials with Jakarta Movin.
Sunday 18 October brings .Feast, Endank Soekamti, Cristal No. 5 and Dipha Barus, plus Indra Lesmana's "Little Things from the Heart" set with guests. Thai singer-songwriter Phum Viphurit joins Indonesian band Reality Club for a shared set.
The stages
Beyond the main stages, the festival hands four spaces to curators: Krapela runs the Gigs Stage, LaMunai Records, a Jakarta label that archives Indonesian classics, programs the dance and underground electronic stage, Kobra Musik curates a stage for orchestra and drum-led music, and Indra Lesmana runs the RedWhite Jazz Lounge.
Tickets
Early bird and presale passes are gone. Regular tickets were listed at Rp 700,000 for all three days and Rp 385,000 for a single day, with the official ticket page at synchronizefestival.com/tickets. Prices on the day may be higher, so check there before you go.
We have added all three days to the ADMC gig guide.
