Interpol are heading back to American stages in the spring. The New York post-punk band have announced nine US dates for March 2027, running from New Orleans on 16 March to Sayreville, New Jersey on 27 March, with the blackgaze band Deafheaven supporting on every night but one.
The dates
- 16 March 2027: Saenger Theatre, New Orleans
- 18 March: The Espee, San Antonio
- 19 March: Payne Arena, Hidalgo, Texas
- 20 March: Bomb Factory, Dallas
- 22 March: Satellite Music Hall, Memphis (no Deafheaven on this date)
- 23 March: Thomas Wolfe Auditorium, Asheville, North Carolina
- 24 March: The Anthem, Washington, DC
- 26 March: The Met, Philadelphia
- 27 March: Starland Ballroom, Sayreville, New Jersey
How to get tickets
The artist presale opens on Wednesday 28 October at 10am local time, with sign-up on the band's tour page. A free Live Nation presale follows on Thursday 29 October at 10am local time for select shows, and general sale starts on Friday 30 October at 10am local time through Ticketmaster. Prices were not listed at the time of writing, so check the ticket pages for each venue.
Where this fits
The run supports the band's latest album, This Mirror Weighs a Ton, and it sits inside a longer stretch. Before the American dates, Interpol play Mexico in early March 2027: Guadalajara on 2 March, Mexico City on 6 March (a bill that also includes Queens of the Stone Age and The Black Angels) and Monterrey on 9 March. They are also due in Europe and the UK this November, where Bloc Party are along as support.
For anyone meeting Deafheaven for the first time, the San Francisco band blend black metal's speed and texture with shoegaze melody. Put them in front of Interpol's cool, tightly wound guitar lines and it is a bill that contrasts more than it matches, which is half the fun. Deafheaven also put out a surprise EP, At Work in the Fields of the Bomb, earlier this month.
Dates and support acts are as announced and can change, so confirm on the venue's own ticket page before you travel.
