Fontaines D.C. have a busy 2027 ahead, and India is on the map. The Dublin band are among the headliners of Lollapalooza India 2027, on 23 and 24 January at Mahalaxmi Race Course in Mumbai, and on 2 October 2026 they announced a two-leg North American tour that runs from April to October next year.
The North American dates
The spring leg opens on 23 April 2027 at MGM Music Hall at Fenway in Boston, with Westside Cowboy supporting. It then visits Philadelphia, Detroit, Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Vancouver, Seattle and Sacramento, and finishes on 12 May at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco.
The autumn leg, with Iceage supporting, starts on 24 September 2027 in Columbus, Ohio. It includes Toronto's Scotiabank Arena on 26 September, Forest Hills Stadium in Queens on 28 September and Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado on 13 October, and closes on 15 October 2027 at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California. Columbia, Nashville, Asheville and Atlanta fill out the run.
The full list is on the band's official live page. Consequence reported that an artist presale opens on Tuesday 6 October at 10am local time, with general sale through Ticketmaster from Friday 9 October at 10am.
Where Mumbai fits
The band's 2027 calendar now looks like a world tour built around their new record. Mumbai comes in late January, followed by Japan (Tokyo on 28 January, then Nagoya and Osaka), arena shows and Laneway Festival slots in Australia and New Zealand in February, then North America from April.
Before any of that, they finish 2026 on the road in Europe and the UK, with arena dates running from Lisbon on 21 October to a run of sold-out UK shows in late November.
The record
All of this is in support of Dopamine Chamber, their fifth studio album, which the band's official site lists as out on 16 October 2026. Two songs are out already: "Marianne" and "Tongue", which arrived with a video on 30 September.
On the dates listed so far, Mumbai is the band's first show outside Europe and the UK after Dopamine Chamber comes out.
