Diljit Dosanjh's Aura India tour: seven cities, dates and when tickets go live

We told you yesterday that Diljit Dosanjh was bringing the AURA tour home with a stadium night in Ahmedabad. Now the rest of the India run is out, and it is bigger than one stadium.

The dates

Diljit announced the run on Instagram, and the AURA India tour covers seven cities:

• Delhi NCR: 1 November 2026, Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium
• Indore: 15 November, C21 Estate
• Ahmedabad: 21 November, Narendra Modi Stadium
• Mumbai: 27 November, Mahalaxmi Race Course
• Bengaluru: 29 November, NICE Grounds
• Lucknow: 5 December, 19th National Jamboree Grounds
• Chandigarh: the city is on the route, but the date and venue have not been announced yet

Ahmedabad is the headline venue. Narendra Modi Stadium holds around 132,000 people.

How to get tickets

Tickets are sold exclusively on BookMyShow, and there are two windows:

• Presale: 6 October at 12 noon, for RuPay credit card holders only. The waiting room opens at 11 am.
• General sale: 9 October at 2 pm, with the waiting room opening at 1 pm.

Prices were not part of the published announcement, so check the BookMyShow listing on the day before you plan a budget. Demand for Diljit shows in India has been heavy before, so expect queues.

Why it matters

AURA is the tour that has taken Diljit across the world, and the India leg is where the home crowd finally gets the full production. For Punjabi music, a seven-city run of stadiums and open grounds is a statement about how far the scene has travelled.
