Daft Punk and LEGO make it official, starting with the Alive 2007 pyramid
LEGO confirmed a wider partnership with Daft Punk on 22 October, and the first product is a set built on the pyramid stage from the duo's 2007 Alive tour.

The mystery brick is solved. On 22 October 2026, LEGO announced a partnership with Daft Punk that it says will stretch across products, content and brand experiences, with more planned beyond the first release.
The opening move is a LEGO set based on the glowing pyramid stage from the French duo's 2007 Alive tour, a show that was also released as the live album Alive 2007. LEGO has not yet given a price, a piece count or a release date for the set.
A fan build that finally got its answer
The design started life outside the company. Patrick Harboun, a fan in Luxembourg who goes online as RobotRock, built the pyramid with his young son and entered it in LEGO's 2020 "Music to Our Ears" contest. It won, but it was not picked for production.
Harboun resubmitted the model to LEGO Ideas, the platform where fans propose sets, in 2024. It passed the 10,000 supporter mark and went through several rounds of review before the official green light. The images released with the announcement show the fan model, and LEGO says that is not the final product, so the shipping set may look different.
The teaser, then the reveal
The news did not arrive cold. On 21 October, Daft Punk's WDPK 83.7 YouTube livestream showed a gloved hand switching on a glowing red brick, with markings including "2007" and "22.10", the date LEGO then used for the announcement. The reveal video follows with Daft Punk minifigures.
Why it fits
Daft Punk announced their split in 2021. The robot helmets and the pyramid are among the most recognisable images of their live career, and in our view they translate neatly into plastic.
We will update this story when LEGO shares pricing and a date. In the meantime, you can read more about the duo on their ADMC artist page, and the Alive 2007 project on the LEGO Ideas page.
