Gerry Read is a producer/DJ based in the United Kingdom, whose warm, funky, and often left-of-center take on (so-called) deep house has seen release on such celebrated labels as Ramp/Fourth Wave, 2nd Drop, Delsin, Aus Music, Clone Jack for Daze, and Nosaj Thing's Timetable. Additionally he has repeatedly collaborated with Kevin McPhee; remixed fellow producers Nosaj Thing, George Fitzgerald, and Clouds as well as rock-based groups like Metronomy and Chairlift; and self-released his own tunes via one-off labels or his Soundcloud.
